Our new Minted Community Slack is now open! 🎉

We have a new online home for the Minted Community, where you can connect with your fellow Minties! We’ve launched a Minted Artist Community Slack which is now opening to the full community. We will bid adieu to the Community Forums in March.

We want to thank the scores of artists who participated in surveys and Artist Roundtables to help us understand what you want in a community hub (mobile app, mobile notifications, easy navigation, threaded comments, gifs, direct messages, fun and social vibe). Thanks, also, to the 50+ artists who have been kicking the tires on Slack with us since late December.

Sign up with this link (this link expires after 30 days; if you cannot sign up, please email artists@minted.com for help.)

  • Important: use the email address associated with your Minted artist account. Please also use your real name. If you’re uncomfortable using your real name, use the name that you’re known by in the Minted community.
  • Your name and Slack profile will not be public; it will only be visible to other community members.
  • We will revoke any accounts that we do not recognize as Minted community members.
  • Beta testers: please ignore this signup link if you’ve already created an account.

You’re in! Now what?

  • We highly recommend downloading both the mobile app (Apple or Android) and desktop app (Mac or Windows). The apps are great!
  • Edit your profile with your real name, a photo, a link to your Artist Store or your Insta.
  • Visit the #community-chat channel and introduce yourself! The party’s just starting.
  • Visit the #help-slack-tips channel, where we’ll help you learn Slack.
  • Visit the #announcements channel to see announcements from Minted Artist Relations.

Slack is mainly about connecting with your fellow artists. But Minted Artist Relations will be there, too. Here’s what we suggest for AR help:

  • For individual questions, email artists@minted.com and files@minted.com. We have customer service software behind those email addresses that ensure our best service.
  • For discussions or questions of interest to a broader audience, use Slack.
  • Please do not Direct Message the Minted team on Slack. We need to be sure that we can track and respond to your inquiries.

See you on Slack!

Warmly,
Minted Artist Relations
