Supporting the artist experience is one of our top goals. Read below to learn more about what we've been working on in the first half of 2022!
- 93% of email contacts this year have been responded to within 1 business day (our goal: 92%)
- We’ve added case resolution tracking to make sure we’re fully solving artist issues in a timely manner
- 90% of email support cases this year were resolved within 4 days
- 95% have been resolved in 9 days. Our new goal = 95% resolved within 7 days
- We’ve upgraded our file request emails and file prep resources. We plan to publish our updated file prep FAQs by August.
- Greeting Cards have been integrated into your MyProjects page
Minted Artist Community Slack
One of the biggest projects was our transition from the Community Forums onto Slack. This has been a huge success! We see lively conversations, fun gifs, and great questions in Slack every day.
- We already have 935 members in Slack.
- We've seen 10,000 messages in 6 months, including 2,200 posts in our “help” channels!
- Slack doesn’t have case tracking tools like we use in our support email inboxes. Please tag @artistrelations and not individual team members.
