We published a 12-month advance calendar for the first time. We expect to publish the 1st half of 2023 soon.
We launched an advanced project management tool this spring. This tool tracks approximately 250 steps tracked for every challenge - deadlines, owners, “how to” guides for new team members
Our stationery challenges have generally run on-time, but we have continued to have challenges with our art challenge timelines.
We’ve hired a new VP Merchandising, Patrick Priore, who will take final approvals off of Mariam’s plate. This will allow us to announce winners sooner. The additional scaling work that we’re undertaking has also caused delays, although that will get more efficient.
We are still planning to run far more Art Challenges this year (approximately seven) than last year (two).
We’ve upgraded our Challenge administrative tools to help avoid errors like a challenge closing 5 minutes early.
